All sales are final

vibestrap is a digital download. Once you purchase, you have the source code in your hands — there is nothing for us to take back. We do not issue refunds.

Try before you buy

Everything you'd want to evaluate is available without a purchase:

• The three live demos at /demos ( chat, image, document) run on the same code you'd buy.
• The full feature list shows every capability with an inline mini demo.
• The documentation describes every shipped capability and how to wire it.
• The blog walks through real setup flows for the providers we integrate with.

If anything's unclear, ask before you buy. Email [email protected] or join the Discord. We'd much rather answer a pre-purchase question than turn down a refund.

If something is genuinely broken

If you bought the product and a documented capability does not work as described in the docs, that's a bug — email us and we'll fix it. Bug fixes ship for free for every existing buyer, forever; that is the unconditional commitment we make instead of a refund window.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a chargeback. We won't reverse the policy above, but we will always engage in good faith — and chargebacks cost us $15 in fees regardless of outcome, which we'd rather not pay if a conversation would have settled it.
